By accessing or using PayNexa's website, platform, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
PayNexa provides payment orchestration, dynamic cashier, white-label solutions, and merchant onboarding services. Service availability may vary by geography and merchant type.
Merchant onboarding
Merchants applying through our onboarding workflow must provide accurate company information and valid KYC documents. PayNexa reserves the right to reject applications that fail verification checks, including name mismatches, poor document quality, or failed email OTP verification.
Acceptable use
You may not use PayNexa services for illegal activities, money laundering, fraud, or any purpose prohibited by applicable law or card network rules.
Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, and technology on the PayNexa platform are owned by PayNexa Technologies Pvt Ltd. You may not reproduce or distribute our materials without written permission.
Limitation of liability
PayNexa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding twelve months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
